Alkebulan is being developed to complement existing social platforms while placing greater emphasis on user dignity, privacy, independent publishing, and meaningful worldwide communication.
The first stage is a public information and publishing site. Community, federated social, recorded-video, and live-broadcast services can be added later as the audience and technical requirements become clearer.
